FULFILLING ORDERS
- Some orders can take up to 3 days to fulfill to ensure Quality and Freshness.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
- Sweet Memories ships all packages via UPS. UPS will not deliver to P.O. or APO Boxes.
- Each Ship To address requires separate shipping charges. The shipper is responsible for paying all associated actual shipping charges.
- Prices subject to change without notice.

STANDARD SHIPPING
- Packages will be sent UPS Ground.
- Refer to Shipping Table for Standard Delivery Charge.
- Gel ice packs are available for an additional $5.00
(estimated effectiveness 24 hours).

UPS EXPRESS DELIVERY
- Next Day Air (Add $20.00 to Standard Delivery Charge)
- 2nd Day Air (Add $15.00 to Standard Delivery Charge)
- 3rd Day Select (Add $10.00 to Standard Delivery Charge)

ALASKA, HAWAII, CANADA, AND MEXICO DELIVERIES
- Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Mexico deliveries are always shipped
UPS Express.
- An additional $32.00 must be added to Standard Delivery Charge.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
- Our Special Packaging Option is suggested for orders shipped
during warmer weather (75 degrees or warmer). This includes
UPS Next Day Air delivery (within the contiguous U.S.), gel
ice pack, and our guarantee that your order arrives unmelted.
(An additional $20.00 per shipping container should be added to
Standard Delivery Charge to cover the Next Day Air charges and
special packaging. Refer to Standard Delivery Charge listed above.)
To select our Special Packaging Option, check the box in the
Ship To column on the order form for each order you wish to
ship with this option.
- By not selecting the Special Packaging Option, you waive this
option, and deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
- During the summer and warm months, we do not ship on Fridays

DISCLAIMER
Customer agrees that he/she is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the purchase of products hereunder, including without limitation any applicable address correction charge assessed by any shipper due to an incorrect delivery address (currently $6.00 by UPS) and any remote area surcharges that occur (currently $1.50 by UPS). The sender authorizes Sweet Memories to charge customer’s credit card for an amount equal to such shipping fees and any address correction charges or remote area surcharges, and/or any additional fees (including customs/tariffs), and agrees that Sweet Memories may do so without further notice to sender. |
